These terms govern the use of craftwork.md, operated by CraftWork, a software and artificial-intelligence studio based in Chișinău, Republic of Moldova. It is a template document provided for guidance only and should be reviewed by a qualified lawyer before publication so that it matches your actual services and obligations.

Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using craftwork.md you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

Use of the site

The site is made available for informational and showcase purposes. You agree to use it lawfully and not to take any action that could harm its security, availability or correct operation.

  • Do not access or attempt to access unauthorized areas of the site.
  • Do not use the site to distribute unlawful, harmful or misleading content.
  • Do not overload the infrastructure through abusive automated means.

Intellectual property

The content of the site — text, graphics, logos, code and design — belongs to CraftWork or its licensors and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce or reuse it without our written consent.

The demo applications and portfolio shown on the site are purely illustrative. They demonstrate our capabilities and are not finished products ready for production use.

No warranty for the demo apps

The demo applications are provided "as is", without any express or implied warranty as to accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose. The data shown in them may be fictional or incomplete.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, CraftWork is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the site or the demo applications, including loss of data, business interruption or decisions made based on the content shown.

Links to third parties

The site may contain links to external sites that we do not control. We accept no responsibility for the content, policies or practices of these third-party sites.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. Any dispute will be settled by the competent courts of the Republic of Moldova.
